BIOGRAPHY: Born and raised in the suburbs of Brussels, Belgium. Various stays in the USA with various false pretexts, such as being an exchange student at Newton South High School (Boston, Mass.) Graduated as as an engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique of the Université de Bruxelles (1973). Formerly a competent software engineer. Currently, Technical Director of Sema Group Belgium.
